In re the Marriage of D.F.D.

The petitioner and wife, D.F.D., petitioned the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in Cascade County for dissolution of her *188marriage to her husband, D.G.D., on May 29, 1991. On August 14, 1992, following numerous hearings and a trial on all issues, the District Court entered its decree dissolving the couple’s marriage, awarding sole custody of their only child to the wife, restricting husband’s visitation rights, and ordering that husband pay child support and maintenance. Husband appeals from the judgment of the District Court. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
