FACTS

K.L.C., Inc., doing business as Keystone Leasing of Connecticut (“Keystone”), brought a complaint to reclaim two electronic cash registers from Brookside Drug Store, Inc. (“Brookside”), the debtor in possession in this Chapter XI proceeding. The complaint alleged (1) the existence of a lease agreement between Keystone, as lessor, and Brookside, as lessee; (2) that rental payments were in default; and (3) that Keystone was entitled to possession.
