OPINION
BILLINGS, Judge:
Defendant Larry Kevin Moss appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to compel specific performance of his plea in abeyance or to dismiss. We affirm.
FACTS
Defendant was charged with rape of a child, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-402.1 (1995), aggravated sexual assault, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-405 (1995), and aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404.1 (1995).
