The defendant was presented in the Superior Court on an information in two counts filed by the state’s attorney. The first count accused the defendant of attempted larceny in violation of *393General Statutes §§ 54-198 and 53-63. The second count accused him of breaking and entering without permission in violation of General Statutes § 53-75. Both of the offenses charged were infamous crimes. Drazen v.
