SWANN, Judge.
¶ 1 Terry Wayne Tatlow appeals the superior court’s revocation of his probation and its imposition of a 2.5 year prison sentence following his unsuccessful participation in a drug court program. He contends that federal law makes his drug court record confidential, and that the superior court erred when it relied on information concerning his drug court record to revoke his probation and refused to recuse itself from the revocation proceedings.
