This is a continuation of an employer’s disciplinary action earlier addressed in part by our Supreme Court in Lockhart v. Department of Fish and Game, 121 Idaho 894, 828 P.2d 1299 (1992). In the previous case, the Court remanded the action for further proceedings. The employee, Jerry Lockhart, now seeks appellate review of the decision by the district court after the remand, which affirmed the Personnel Commission’s reinstatement of disciplinary actions taken against Lockhart by his employer, the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
