Plaintiff Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association (“TWHBEA”) filed this action against Defendant National Walking Horse Association (“NWHA”), alleging copyright infringement in violation of 17 U.S.C. § 101, et seq.
