Justice GRANT.

Patrick Hartson appeals from his conviction by a jury for the offense of forgery, a state jail felony. He was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment in a state jail facility and a $5,000 fine. On appeal, he contends the trial court erred by overruling his Motion for Continuance, by not granting a mistrial based on jury misconduct, by allowing prior bad acts to be introduced into evidence, and by allowing irrelevant and inflammatory evidence to be introduced. He further contends the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict.
