¶ 1. The Mississippi Employment Security Commission, now known as the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES), appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Newton County reversing the decision of the Board of Review of the MDES, which denied unemployment benefits to Sandra Wesley.
