Edwin W. Ashton, Lillian Ashton, his wife, and six other persons, filed a second amended bill in the circuit court of Cook county against Winfield N. Macqueen, Amanda H. Macqueen, his wife, Lily M. Omo, J. S. Dudley, and others, for partition and an accounting. The original suit was filed prior to the effective date of the new Civil Practice act. The defendant Dudley filed his separate demurrer. The other defendants named interposed general and special demurrers, alleging specially that the bill was multifarious.
