This appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico brings before us for the second — and perhaps not the last — time a dispute over compelled membership in Puerto Rico’s integrated bar. See In re the Justices of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, 695 F.2d 17 (1st Cir.1982).
