| {Defendant, Eric B. Massey, appeals his conviction of second degree murder. For the reasons which follow, we affirm his conviction and sentence.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On January 25, 2007, a Jefferson Parish Grand Jury returned an indictment charging defendant, Eric B. Massey, with the second degree murder of Harold Bush, alleged to have occurred on November 24, 2006, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. Co-defendant, Brian K.
