| gDefendant, Samuel Jones, was convicted of the second degree murder of Donald Green and of being a felon in possession of a firearm. On appeal, he argues that the evidence was insufficient to convict him of second degree murder because he did not act alone. He also argues that his sentences for the two convictions are excessive in that the trial court ordered them to be served consecutively when they arose out of one course of conduct.
