I. INTRODUCTION
On January 13, 2006, RiMMax Wheels, LLC (“plaintiff’) filed this diversity action against RC Components, Inc. (“defendant”) alleging breach of contract, fraud, and intentional interference with contractual relations. (D.I.l) In its complaint, plaintiff sought unspecified monetary damages, including costs and attorneys’s fees, an order for defendant to return plaintiffs confidential information and proprietary technology, and an injunction to stop defendant from using this information “in any way.” (Id. at 11) Plaintiff is a…
