COOK, Senior Judge:
Tried by special court-martial, military judge alone, the accused was convicted, in accordance with his pleas, of possession and use of marijuana, and, contrary to his pleas, of attempting to possess, transfer, and use amphetamines, in violation of Articles 134 and 80, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 880, respectively. The approved sentence extends to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 3 months, forfeiture of $334.00 pay per month for 3 months, and reduction to E-l.
