On November 13, 1945, plaintiff, F. A. Griffing, administrator of the estate of Neva Griffing, deceased, brought an action in replevin in the common pleas court of Tulsa county against defendant, Fay Warren, for the recovery of possession of certain jewelry. The case was tried to a jury and verdict returned in favor of plaintiff for recovery of possession of the property and 6 per cent interest from November 16, 1945, for wrongful detention. Judgment was rendered on the verdict, and defendant has appealed. Parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
