Reversing.
The voting population of Whitley county is largely Republican, and in 1905 growing out of dissatisfaction with the conduct of affairs by those in control of the party organization an independent Republican ticket for five county offices was nominated by petition in the manner provided in section 1453 of the Kentucky Statutes.
