The bill alleges that Caroline Bevans Perkins died intestate October 11, 1912, seized and possessed of the land; that she left a husband, William E. Perkins, but no child or descendants of a child, surviving her; that she left complainants, William H. Collins and Leander H. Collins, her brothers, Minnie Beadle, her sister, and Edwin A.
