Walker, appeals an order of the defendant Department of Transportation1, suspending the plaintiff's Connecticut State pilot's license for a period of ten (10) days. The plaintiff appeals pursuant to General Statutes § 15-13 (e) and § 4-183. The parties have filed briefs and argument was heard by this court on December 10, 1996. For the reasons stated below, the appeal is sustained.
