THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Notice and Application for Sale of Property Free and Clear of Liens and Judgments filed by Chuck’s Construction Co., Inc. (“Debtor”) on December 29, 2009 and amended on December 30, 2009 (“Motion”). An objection to Debtor’s Motion was filed by the United States Trustee (“UST”) on January 13, 2010.
