Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [3]) and two counts of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [1], [3]). Defendant contends that he was in custody without probable cause and thus that his statement should have been suppressed as the product of an unlawful arrest and detention. We disagree.
