[¶ 1] Lane Construction Corporation appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Knox County, Wheeler, J.) affirming a decision of the Town of Washington Board of Appeals that affirmed the Town Planning Board’s reconsidered decision to deny Lane a permit for a rock crusher at its quarry operation.
