This action, involving a contract dispute between the plaintiff/counterclaim defendant, The Neptune Group; Inc. (“Neptune”), and its former independent sales representative, the defendant/counterclaim plaintiff, MKT, Inc. (“MKT”),1 was tried to a jury from March 26 to April 9, 2001.
