THIS MATTER comes before the court on plaintiffs Motion to Recuse, filed April 12, 1991. For the reasons stated below, the Motion is denied.
Plaintiff TVCN seeks recusal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 455. Plaintiff contends that disqualification is mandated by the personal friendship between Chief Judge Finesilver and William Daniels, a principal of Daniels & Associates.
