MOSCOWITZ, District Judge.
This is a petition for a review of the referee’s order.
By an agreement dated April 30, 1917, the First Presbyterian Society in the Village of Syracuse, hereinafter described as the “Lessor”, leased to Daniel M. Edwards, now deceased, a building called the Murray Building in Syracuse, New York, for a term of twenty years beginning on May 1, 1921, and ending on April 30, 1941.
