I believe that none of the alleged errors occurring at trial constitutes a valid basis for reversing the verdict, and would affirm the jury verdict in its entirety.

The majority finds error with the court’s decision to deny appellant’s Batson challenge because the court did not engage in enough consideration of the challenge to show that it understood and applied the correct test.
