Affirming.

By an action at law in the Webster circuit court appellant, A.' P. Nichols, sought to recover $1,300.00 from appellees, -Harvey & Hancock, a partnership, that being the amount alleged to be due him for the services of two of his infant sons who had been working for appellees at stipulated wages.
