MILLER, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on petitions to review two orders of the Referee entered on June 22, 1944.
By one order of that date the Referee dismissed the petition of the trustee for an order directing the bankrupt and Althea Davis, his daughter, to turn over to the trustee as part of the estate of the bankrupt a 1937 Ford automobile which had been purchased and registered in the name of the bankrupt, and later transferred to the daughter.
