This appeal is from a judgment entered upon a verdict for plaintiff in an action to recover damages for personal injuries received in an automobile accident.
The assignments of error are (1) that the court erred in receiving evidence of a brain injury, over appe'i lants’ objection, and (2) in overruling appellants’ motion for a new trial.
