OPINION AND ORDER
BESOSA, District Judge.
Before the Court is defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Docket No. 132), plaintiffs opposition (Docket No. 147), and defendants’ reply (Docket No. 166.) On June 10, 2010, the Court granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and dismissed the case with prejudice. (Docket No. 182.) This opinion sets forth the reasons for that dismissal.
