Aronin, J.), dated May 22, 1997, as (1) granted the respective motion and cross motion of the defendants Will-Burt Co. and Biro Manufacturing Company for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and any and all counterclaims and/or cross claims insofar as asserted against them, and (2) granted that branch of the cross motion of the defendant Pork King Sausage, Inc., which was for summary judgment dismissing the plaintiffs…
