Plaintiff, Frederick Chusid & Co. (hereinafter “Chusid”), a Delaware corporation engaged in the management consulting and personal counselling business with its principal place of business in Illinois, brings this diversity copyright and antitrust suit against five of its former employees and Marshall Leeman & Co.
