The plaintiff, Rita Williamson, who sued individually and as mother and next friend of Nicholas Williamson, appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendants, Tyson Foods, Inc.; C.T.B., Inc.; and Sherrill Smith. Nicholas Williamson was injured when he stuck his finger into a hole in an automatic chicken feeding system that had been manufactured by C.T.B. and that was being used in a chicken house owned by Sherrill Smith, who raised chickens under a contract with Tyson Foods.
