CAMPBELL, District Judge.
This is a motion made on behalf of the defendant, P. Ballantine .& Sons, to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it affirmatively appeiars that this Coujrt is without jurisdiction.
This is an action brought by the plaintiff to recover from the defendants damages for personal injuries, and the basis for the jurisdiction of this Court would be alleged diversity of citizenship.
