The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its order issued against Harry F. Berggren & Sons, *241Inc. (Company) on June 14, 1967, pursuant to § 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 160(e). The Board, in a decision reported at 165 N.L.R.B. No. 52, found that the Company violated § 8(a) (1) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1), by polling employees as to their union sentiments, and § 8(a) (3) and (1) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (3), (1), by discharging five employees to discourage union membership.
