The question presented on this appeal is the validity of certain orders of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The facts presented to the commission upon which the orders are based are not in substantial dispute. The *214Superior Oil Company and W. B. Osborn are the owners of equal undivided interests in oil and gas leases on four separate 40-acre tracts of land in Gar-vin county, Oklahoma.

Prior to the orders of the commission here drawn in question the Corporation Commission established 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the development of the Hart and Gibson common sand sources of supply…
