In an action, inter alia, for a judgment declaring that the plaintiff Christine M. McMurray is the equitable owner of a certain parcel of real property, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nastasi, J.), entered May 4, 1988, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it was barred under the doctrine of res judicata.
