Plaintiff brought suit against defendant to foreclose a claim of lien. On appeal from the grant of defendant’s motion for summary judgment, we affirm.

The facts briefly are as follows: Defendant contracted with Ansley Contracting Company (hereinafter “Ansley”) to make im provements upon certain of its real property located in Dougherty County. Plaintiff alleges that it supplied certain materials to Ansley to be used in the construction of the improvements.
