Foster & Kleiser, Inc. (Foster) was granted interlocutory review from the denial of its motion for judgment on the pleadings, based on the alleged failure of Coe and Payne Company (Coe) to initiate suit on a lien within the twelve-month period after the debt became due as provided by OCGA § 44-14-361.1.
