“That Brady L. Prevatt of the County of Palm Beach and. State of Florida, on the 18th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and thirty-six in the County and State aforesaid a certain cause was then and there pending in the Chancery side of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in which one Russell Sutcliffe and Elma L.
