— On the 11th day of June, 1929, an indictment charging the plaintiff in error with the murder of George F. Mason was filed in open court. It was endorsed “a true bill” by the foreman of the grand jury. The accused was arraigned upon that indictment and pleaded not guilty. No attack was made upon the indictment as not having been delivered into court by the grand jury. It bears the indorsement of the foreman of the grand jury and the file mark of the clerk.
