Filing suit in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, Plaintiff-Appellant Trafon Group, Inc, (“Tráfon”)' alleges that Defendant-Appel-lee Butterball, LLC (“Butterball”) breached an exclusive distribution agreement in violation of Puerto Rico’s Law 75 of June 24, 1964, P.R. Laws Ann. tit. 10, § 278 et seq. (“Law 75”). Trafon sought a preliminary injunction, asking that the district court enjoin Butterball from further impairing Trafon’s exclusive distribution rights.
