Pending before the court is Defendant Igloo Products Corporation Retirement Plan’s (“Igloo”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket Entry # 13). Igloo seeks summary judgment on Plaintiff Adelaide Hernandez’s (“Hernandez”) action against Igloo and Defendant Wessie Moreno (“Wessie”) to recover all unpaid retirement benefits, accrued by Benancio (Ben) Moreno (“Moreno”).
