LUMPKIN, Justice.
In this workman’s compensation case the appellee, E. W. Fletcher, was the employee^. The appellant, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, was the compensation insurance carrier, and C. L. Richards was the employer.
On December 31, 1946, while employed as a carpenter at Amarillo by C. L. Richards, the appellee’s feet slipped out from under him and he fell in a sitting position.
