The question for decision is on the motion to remand the case to the state court, from which it is here on petition for removal of one of the defendants, Layne-Bowler Chicago Company, a Delaware corporation, on the ground that there is a diversity of citizenship as between it and the plaintiffs. H. W. Kiefer and others, who are citizens and taxpayers of the city of Idaho Falls, a municipal corporation of the state, brought this suit -in the state court against the city and its mayor, councilmen, and city clerk, and the Layne-Bowler Chicago Company, in which they seek…
