MEMORANDUM

FITZGERALD, District Judge, sitting by designation.

The action was brought by the United States to recover money allegedly owed by the defendants, all of whom are guarantors to a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan made to a Washington corporation, Archdomes, Inc., (hereinafter “Arch-domes”).

As was noted in findings made on the record in this action, Seattle First National Bank received Archdomes’ note on June 80, 1971. The loan of $350,000 was disbursed to Archdomes on July 2,1971, with the first payment scheduled for the end of August, 1971, with 120 equal monthly payments and…
