William Walsh, who was confined in the State prison at Jackson, applied by his counsel, Charles A. Blair, to this Court, June 29, 1891, for the writ of habeas corpus. The writ was granted, and a hearing had upon the petition and return of the warden on June 30, 1891, when he was remanded back into the custody of the warden of said State prison, with the intimation that his time of imprisonment would expire July 12, 1891, at noon, if nothing growing out of his own conduct intervened before that time.
