This appeal is from the following $1,-517.44 judgment in favor of the appellee against the appellants, entered by the 55th District Court of Harris County, after it had taken the cause from a jury at the close of evidence heard, to-wit:

“The court was of the opinion that there was no question of fact to be submitted to the jury, but that the plaintiff was entitled to a deficiency judgment on the note sued on for principal, interest, and attorneys fees in the sum of Eight Hundred Thirty Three and 7½00 ($873.71) Dollars, and was further entitled to recover' damages in the…
