Appeal from a judgment of Steuben County Court (Bradstreet, J.), entered January 3, 2000, convicting defendant after a jury trial of assault in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
