(After stating the foregoing facts.) After a careful consideration of the allegations of fact set forth in the petition, we are satisfied that at the time the assault which resulted in the death of the plaintiff’s son was made the relation of master and servant existed between the defendant and the déce*952dent. The decedent was, employed as “an oiler” on board of the ship then docked at the terminals of the defendant company.
